Why a Blog?
Well here’s why… after trying out several traditional websites I just didn’t like the “canned” look and functionality. When you want to find out information about a city, a community, or a home you want it to be current, valid, and useful information, right? Well, I know I do! By creating a blog, I can customize this site the way I want to, and make it as user friendly as possible. In the days of old, it used to be that Sally Real Estate Agent had all the information on the market, what was available, what has sold, how much it sold for, and it was under lock and key, and by no means would you be privy to any of that information without signing a contract to hire her. We know that isn’t the case anymore, and I am thankful! I like for my buyers and sellers to know what is going on in the market, an educated buyer or seller makes wise decisions. So this site is meant to be useful for anyone who is thinking of buying or selling, heaven forbid, even if they are thinking of selling it BY THEMSELVES!!! Gasp!
How do you use this blog site?
It is pretty similar to using a traditional website. There are links to Search For Properties, Posts, a Mortgage Calculator, Sign up for my Weekly Distressed Property Email, and if you just love this site so much, you can sign up for updates via RSS or email!
Search for Properties
This link will take you to the MLS (multiple listing service) where you will be able to search for specific properties that you are looking for. This will show you all the properties that meet your criteria and provide you with a map of where the properties are located. Over 90% of homebuyers begin their search online… so I hope this makes it easier for you to find what you are looking for, and when you find something that you are interested in seeing, you can contact me to see it.

The idea behind a blog is that as I write entries (posts) they will be placed in the appropriate category as to what the post is most relevant to. I hope that you find this site useful and that it becomes a staple in your internet use.
Sign Up for My Weekly Distressed Property Email
Every week I compile a list of the all the distressed properties (foreclosures, short sales, bank owned properties, etc.) in the area and email those out to the people who are on my list… you better get on it or you are missing out on some great deals!
